Refund policy

At The Sparkled Tumbleweed Boutique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes items may not fit or meet your expectations, so we have a flexible return policy in place.

If you need to return an item, please make sure to do so within 14 days of the purchase date. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. We kindly ask that you include the original receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

Damages: any items received must be reported the same day as you receive the item. No
exceptions will be made for this, so please always check your items when opening your package. If you receive a damaged item please email the picture to Thesparkledtumbleweed@gmail.com and we will get back in contact with you within 24 hours. A picture of the damaged item is required for a full refund.Please note some fabrics and colors may vary due to lighting, this is not considered a damaged item.

Please note that certain items may not be eligible for return. Any items marked as final sale or purchased during a promotional period may not be eligible for return or exchange.
